Often we get stuck in life. During these times we sometimes need support beyond what our friends and family can provide. My practice is based on the belief that therapy can provide new perspectives to help us overcome these stressors. In addition, therapy can help us to make changes and set goals that allow us to improve our life as well as our understanding of ourselves.
Integration & Collaboration
I work from an integrative and collaborative perspective with my clients. My work with clients often involves life concerns such as depression, anxiety, and relationship issues. Sometimes the issues bringing them to therapy are recent, other times they are ongoing concerns.
