Individual and couple’s sessions are 45-50 minutes in length. At your first session we will want to get acquainted and it is important to me to hear about your past and the current concerns bringing you to therapy. These sessions often last longer than normal and sometimes we will split your intake across your first and second session.
I have also started to offer teletherapy as a service as well. Speak with me to find out how this works in my practice.
If you are unsure about whether therapy is right for you, or if we might work well together, I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation. This call is to help you get a sense of my work and decide if you would like to meet for an initial session. During this call, I will talk with you about what is bringing you to therapy, how I approach therapy, and my fees. It is also important to me that I use this time to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
