My Services

I work with clients on a variety of issues. Our work may change depending on the concerns you are experiencing. I have extensive experiences in working with clients facing anxiety, depression, phase of life issues, and interpersonal/relationship difficulties. One of my specialties is my work with LGBT individuals or people dealing with coming-out concerns. In addition to these concerns, I also do the following work:

  • Anxiety / Stress
  • Depression
  • Relationship difficulties and interpersonal problems
  • LGBTQ concerns
  • Self-esteem
  • Coping skills
  • Relaxation and mindfulness
  • Life transitions
  • Feeling “stuck” in your life / Making decisions

Individual and couple’s sessions are 45-50 minutes in length. At your first session we will want to get acquainted and it is important to me to hear about your past and the current concerns bringing you to therapy. These sessions often last longer than normal and sometimes we will split your intake across your first and second session.

I also offer teletherapy as a service as well.  Speak with me to find out how this works in my practice.

PSYPACT Telehealth:  I am able to practice in multiple state under the the APIT provided by PSYCPACT, an interjurisdictional compact that provides for the practice of telehealth across state lines.  Legislation joining PSYPACT has been approved in 27 states with more states enacting legislation this year.  For more information and to see a list of eligible states, click here.

I am currently offering mostly telehealth sessions as that has been the greater demand I am seeing in the community.  I also offer the option of in-person sessions on Tuesdays and Fridays.  This is subject to change as conditions change.

If you are unsure about whether therapy is right for you, or if we might work well together, I offer a free brief phone consultation. This call is to help you get a sense of my work and decide if you would like to meet for an initial session. During this call, I will talk with you about what is bringing you to therapy, how I approach therapy, and my fees. It is also important to me that I use this time to answer any questions or concerns you may have.
